Hi, cant we use "opengl library or xlib" in gnome-mplayer for rendering
purpose? Is there any documentation for this project?

I'm not sure what you are asking here. If you are wondering how to tell mplayer 
to
use the gl or x11 video outputs. Just open Edit->Preferences and select it 
there.
