zh_CN.po error. #191

the r1312 version zh_CN.po is correct, but when pre 0.9.6, all chinese 
word come to mess.

i saved the file to UTF-8 and uploaded it to google group yesterday.

i don't know how, but hope fix it as soon as possible. i will upload a new 
one if you need.

Reuploaded 0.9.6 source code with fixed zh_CN.po file in addition to fixing it 
in SVN
