1. gnoebler. Use the Source, Luke....
2. ok
3. would be nice for it to apply KDE/XFCE/gnome icon themes
4. What's wrong with the one it has?
5. ok, or just remember to do it yourself!
6. Simple is better. Want fancy, use gmplayer (mplayer -gui)
7. egad, no! why ruin it? Eyecandy is for pansies (gmplayer).

1. This has been discussed on several occasions... it uses the gnome name due
to the
fact that it follows the gnome HIG. It is quite simple to change if you really
must
do it.
2. Can you be clear what you want here?
3. They are, see gui.c line 6037. Code falls back to its internal icon set if
you
don't have a full set of proper icons in your theme.
4. We used a real progress bar everyone hated it, so I created the tracker,
everyone
hates it... I like it, it stays
5. It does it for you, or it should, there was a change to the way gnome
inhibited
the screen savers recently, code just when into SVN today to work around that.
6. Probably not gonna happen
7. Toolkits don't really do it cleanly yet... maybe in the future.

1 ok, but i think it would be better for users of xfce/lxde and other
gtk-desktops
2 yes, it should start everytime in 16:9/16:10, so let me set this in
preferences
3 sorry my mistake, i buld from source an it works now...
4 have you ever tried a gtk-pixbuf(which is a default gtk-engine) -theme?
5 personal i use xfce and it does not work(i must start gmplayer in background
to
watch a complete movie)

1. It may cause confusion but changing the name of the project is a huge deal.
New
websites, new code repository.. really just not worth it to me.
2. I'll consider this... need to see how much work it would be
4. The tracker has been rewritten again, it no longer uses pixbufs, but you
could
have turned them off if you really didn't like them
5. I added the command "-stop-xscreensaver" when we know we have a video. I
have the
other problem on all my machines, the screen saver never kicks it.
