Bring to front patch

Made a tiny patch to provide a option to bring the main window to top, 
when opening file through dbus instance and option "replace and play" is 
active.

It's ok. But also connect to callback 'config_replace_and_play_callback' at 
5012, so 
as a callback itself at 4293 can be removed - this callback is useless now.
