Window size should be reset to 1:1 when loading a new file #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a video
2. From the File menu open a new one of a different resolution
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Player window should be resized to the video resolution. Instead, it keeps
the resolution and aspect ratio of the previous video, causing video
stretching to fit (when booth video had the same A/R) or black bars up/
down or left/right (different A/R).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest SVN

Please provide any additional information below.
The "Remember Window Size" option is NOT enabled.

No it should not... it was determined and voted on that window size of second
video
should retain the same window size...

I will consider making this an option

Now an option in SVN, defaults to don't resize, can change it in the interface
preferences.
