Add examples other than "explicit_containment" #16

Could you add .txt and .json files for all the examples listed in https://github.com/annotation/stam/blob/master/examples/README.md

Thanks for your interest in STAM! I agree that .txt and .json files should be added for all these examples. I'll add it to my todo list!
