Qt webkit browser support #109

Mouse tracking does not seem to work in Qt webkit browser. Moverover, anno.addHandler will not fire any mouse events.

Recreate the bug by downloading a Qt webkit browser(e.g. QupZilla) and go to https://annotorious.github.io/demos/hello-world.html .
