tiled box build problem #21

Hello the final package of the tiled box plugin that exists on npm has some problems, it is not the final built version and it's the source of the project that was published to npm and can not be used by the npm install command.[it does not have dist folder] the package exist on this repo: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@recogito/annotorious-tilted-box

in some plugins dist folder is in .gitignore file, but in others it is not.

Sorry this took so long - build and npm package for the Tilted Box plugin are now fixed!
