Toolbar NPM Deployment is Broken and Outdated #52

Hey, I don't know if you're still publishing these to NPM, but the current deployment of @recogito/annotorious-toolbar is at version 1.2.0 while in this repository it's at 1.2.1. Also, 1.2.0 is broken, I think when it was deployed the person who was deploying it forgot to run the build script due to the missing dist folder. Right now, you're only able to get 1.2.0 to work by changing the main file in its package.json to use src instead of dist. I think just publishing version 1.2.1 would fix both of these, so if you're able to do that, that would be great. Thanks!

I haven't really maintained this package TBH. I published the latest code to the npm registry just now as 1.2.1. Let me know if this works for you!
