I changed the property name to fragmentUnit, because the change affects only annotations with a fragment selector (but not polygon/circle/path/etc. SVG selectors); and "unit" seems to be the terminology the W3C Fragment spec uses. I'll merge your the PR as soon as I publish the new release & the feature is available to everyone.
