Wheel on PyPI #58

I noticed that a wheel was made available on PyPI for mplcursors 0.3. However, more recent versions are published without one. Would it be possible to publish more recent versions (latest) with wheel?

This is of course not an issue per se, but we've been having some dependency troubles when trying to install from source in our workflow. A wheel would be very helpful in this regard.

Can you clarify why source-only releases are problematic? If anything I would rather remove the old wheels from PyPI and make all releases sdist only.
