Vendor can't login #7

After installing and fixing to the config file (sess_driver section change to 'files'), the administrative user is able to login, as well as buyers. But registering a vendor account, and returning to the login page, after the authentication, the browser suggests an error about rejecting or blocking cookies. commenting session_driver not resolve.

Update: Vendor can't login only if "Force Vendor PGP" is enabled!
