formatted=False lets people sent messages without format
code=True lets people send messages as a code block with fixed-sized font, very useful for sending ASCII art, or for sending tables, or for piping command output (e.g. df) into message
default behavior does not change, backward compatible

I closed this PR because it was issued from a temporary branch of me tree. I will issue the same PR again, but from my master branch. Sorry - closed.
