Commented out sorting as it's not working. Todo later
Ignore .DS_Store and template recipe directory
Added an npm run dev and npm start for local development
Added sub categories
Added Prep, cook, and cool times
Print ingredients as a table
Added Nutrition information
Show Source header only if there is one
Added support time_min and time_max
Created a template recipe
Fixed typos and code cleanup
Added Crispy cod fingers with wedges recipe
Taco recipe
