Hi!!
I have never tested Touchégg in Linux Mind, anyway, if is like Ubuntu Natty,
probably you need to install this PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~utouch-team/+archive/daily
What method have you used to install Touchégg? Can you share your
configuration file please?

I have installed touchegg like in the doc:
Adding the utouch ppa to my repositories.
Downloading and installing touchegg-amd64 from the page.
My config of touchegg is tuned by me. I have modified the speed and the
inverted state for the scroll without effect.

It seems to be fully corrected with latest versions of utouch. This week,
utouch was updated from servers and now the two fingers scroll is working
perfectly.
Thanks for touchegg software again!
