TouchEgg only works in kubuntu ! #255

Hello,
I have a dell 13 7000 and using SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad. What is very weird 
is touchegg 3 finger gestures are recognised in kubuntu but nowhere else. I 
have tried so hard in elementary os but It doesn't just work.

Can anyone please help?
