desktop file not valid #69

the touchegg desktop file has two issues:

a) it suffixes the icon with .png which is generally not desired behavior as 
the extension should be of no concern to the theme engine, as any given icon 
theme could include an icon for touchegg as for example svg.

b) the Categories key is a list, all lists must be terminated with a semicolon
