@Fraccaman is it necessary to start the network without tx_claim_rewards and tx_transfer in the whitelist? For rewards claiming, before Phase 2 there will always be nothing to claim. For transferring, before phase 3 there are no non-native assets in existence, and before phase 5 the VP will prevent native transfers.
