feat: bump to Namada 0.39.0, update transparent transfer

This PR includes the changes to support Namada v0.39.0, and makes some changes to our SDK package and types to indicate Transparent Transfer instead of simply Transfer

• [x] Namada -> v0.39.0
• [x] Update SDK package according to changes in shared, regen docs
• [x] Update types, moving Transfer -> TransparentTransfer, and set labels accordingly
• [x] Test existing functionality for 0.39.0

TODO

• Future PRs will implement the other transfer types: ShieldingTransfer, UnshieldingTransfer, and ShieldedTransfer

TESTING

• Confirm that Namadillo and the extension behave properly with this update
