NOTE Merge this branch first: feat/779-tx-batching: https://github.com/anoma/namada-interface/pull/854

[x] Add ability to deserialize Tx to JSON in shared and sdk
[ ] Add query in extension to access pending Tx bytes, and retrieve these details (query should also give us pending "arbitrary" data string, which may also be JSON)
[ ] Add types for the responses
[ ] Incorporate into DOM of Approvals

Styles can be addressed in follow up PR
