The branch has a major refactor of the way Shillelagh adapters are implemented in the project, this primarily covers:

Automatic discovery across DTO and endpoints to be supported in the adapter
Performance enhancement with caching
Support for mutations and dynamic configuration (e.g partial selection #20 of responses)
