Write a basic set of scripts that will provision:

K8s cluster
Ensure K8s cluster can communicate with the database
S3 for file storage
Redis and Postgres installed as Pods via helm

Old approach:

Vlan to house everything
One click PostgreSQL image (to be replaced by managed databases)
K8s cluster
Ensure K8s cluster can communicate with the database
S3 for file storage
