wizardlm-v1.0 prompt-format #10

Added wizardlm-v1.0 prompt-format for the new, excellent WizardLM-30B-V1.0 & WizardLM-13B-V1.0 models, which is different from the old wizard instruct format. Also fixed a misspelling in vicuna-cocktail prompt-format, which I derived this one from.

Thank you for creating, sharing and updating the proxy. It's been a very helpful add-on.

Thanks! I haven't tried it that much because it's kind of painful to regenerate conversations manually, do you think it's better than using the default format for that model?
