Is there a way to set the "characterbias" variable in the "config.default.mjs" to be 'either' a quotation mark 'or' an asterisk? #15

Howdy y'all. I'm very new to programming, coding or even github in general. But is there a way to set said variable in the title to either a quotation mark or an asterisk randomly? The idea is that I want the AI to start the dialogue either in quotes or narrate actions with asterisks. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
