Installation Error #104

1) What steps will reproduce the problem?
run setup.exe

2) What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When The install start, a message box appear with the message "Nom : 
OutlookPrivacyPlugin
De : file:///C:/Program Files 
(x86)/OutlookPrivacyPlugin/OutlookPrivacyPlugin.vsto

The path "file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/OutlookPrivacyPlugin/" is set in to 
the setup is Security center of Office 2010.

Note: gpg4win is installed before i run the plugin installation.

Thanks for the bug report. Prior to installation did you unblock the zip file 
as described in 
https://code.google.com/p/outlook-privacy-plugin/wiki/InstallationIssues under 
"Certificate Trust Issues"?

I'm not a programmer and trying to install the Outlook Privacy Plugin but 
whenever I open up the "Unblocked" and "unzipped" folder, I don't see an EXE 
file for setup. Am I missing something?

Download the installer from the release page. Click on the release link
form the github page.
