Store Passphrase #112

The Plugin asks the passphrase for every Outlook session. The majority of users 
will use that as an excuse not to use PGP in everyday work. Can't you allow the 
passphrase to be stored?

Following up. Asking for the password every session is a best practice security 
wise. Going to mark this a low priority, but I might add the option and use the 
protected data api.
