Support detached signatures for PGP/MIME #134

GPGTools sends mail as PGP/MIME with detached signatures and encrypted bodies.

It would be great if this plugin would support non-inline verification and 
decryption.

GPGTools is rising in popularity on OS X, and currently there is no way to 
interoperate via Outlook in Windows.

What portion is not currently working? Signature validation? Decryption should 
be working for pgp mime, though I have not tested detached signatures.

Detached signatures definitely don�t work.
