Let me know if I can assist in any way. I have Seamonkey and Thunderbird with
Enigmail working with GnuPG. I also have PGP 10.2 installed with messaging
turned off.

This occurs when you run the installer from a network share. Copy the
installer to your desktop and try the installer again.

I also ran the installer from my desktop directly on my pc. It never was on a
network share. I have tried to fake the installer out by hacking the cert but
no go. I get the same error. In the past I have seen some similar errors with
old .net framework versions so I upgraded .net versions to the latest and same
error. Could it be a permissions issue on my side?

I figured out the problem, the certificate that the app is signed with isn't
trusted by Windows... As a work around, right click on setup.exe, Select
properties then the Digital Signatures tab , Select DEJA/mike then click
Details, click View Certificate, Click Install Certificate. Do not let it
automatically choose where to store the sert, install the certificate in the
Trusted Root Certification Authorities Store. Once the cert is installed the
app should install... It did for me...

This works great for me now. I have Outlook 2010 x64 now using GnuPG!
Good job!

If you are getting an error about certificates during installation try the
following.

After downloading the zip file, right-click -> Properties, at the bottom click
the "Unlock" button if there is one. Then unzip the file and install. Make sure
the install files are located on a local drive and not a network drive.

Nice work on that last item of unchecking unlock. I was installing on Office
2013 x64 with Windows 8 x64 and even though I did the cert steps, it was still
failing for me. The unlock worked for me.
Thanks!
