PGP key without email address can't be set

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Create a PGP key setting only the real name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Can't set the key if there is no email address set during key generation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- gpg (GnuPG) 1.4.11 for creating the PGP key
- OutlookPrivacyPlugin BETA 11

Please provide any additional information below.
In Enigmail and K-9 (+ APG) emails can be signed and encrypted with keys having 
no email address in PGP key.

Currently it's a requirement that email be set.  Marking as Enhancement for a 
future release.
