Add smoothing option for speed #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.The speed chart is always very spiky, and effectively unreadable.

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
Mileston, 2.1. 1.0.15

Please provide any additional information here:
If a speed-smoothing option that allowed the interval to be set - say 60secs, 
it would be much clearer which parts of a run were fast or slow.

The speed is already smoothed.  I leave this open as a feature request to tune 
the smoothing of the speed.
