Timezone in exportet GPX is different #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export GPX has a different Timezone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The exportet GPX Waypoint should have MEZ but the offset is -2Hours

What version of MyTracks are you using? On what version of Android? On what
phone?
Version 1.0.15 on German G1 (HTC G1) by Telecom
