No GPS warning should show on all activities. #173

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable GPS
2. Start My Tracks
3. Start recording

What is the expected output?
A a warning visible on screen, or a prompt to turn on gps.

What do you see instead?
A a warning visible on screen, or a prompt to turn on gps only on the map view.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Decide not to add the warning message on all three tab views since users might 
want to view recorded tracks while GPS is turned off.
