"Delete all tracks" deletes a track in progress #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start recording a track
2. Go to Menu/Tracks
3. Delete all tracks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Delete all tracks" should be disabled or at least it shouldn't delete the 
track being currently recorded.
