Add .nomedia file to the icons folder #203

At the moment I see the icons folder in the Google gallery app.
So I manuelly add the ".nomedia" file into to the icons folder. After that I
clear the cache of the gallery app and the icons folder is hidden.
I must repeat this manuell workaround after every update of myTracks. So,
please insert the ".nomedia" file into the source tree of your project.

Regards Thomas

Can you give us some more details? This seems odd as I have never seen this
behavior. OS version etc.

I'm not sure I understand this - isn't .nomedia for files on your SD card? Why
would you have the source tree for my tracks on your phone?
