Suggest pace for people who seem to be running.

Please describe what your requested feature would do, how it would work,
etc:

After a track if a user seems to be running and show speed we might want to 
suggest that they change the setting.  If they select yes we should open that 
settings panel for them.

I have heard from many smart runners who did not find the setting and were 
doing the math in their head.

Obviously we would want to make this somewhat gentle so once a user dismisses 
we don't annoy them.

If you're a developer, are you willing to implement this yourself? (you
probably still want to let us know so we can discuss how it'll work and
whether we believe it's a good feature to be merged into the main mytracks
distribution)
