Btw, I'm wondering if the EULA is only necessary for uploading tracks, in which
case I suggest changing it so it only shows when the user first tries to
upload, rather than at the first startup.

simmonmt-staging2 has the change to be reviewed. It does the following:
1. Adds "Privacy: google.com/privacy" to the about box. The
"google.com/privacy" bit is a link. I haven't received an official URL from
legal, but this should be a good placeholder until we get one.
2. Adds a "License" button to the about box, next to the Ok button. Click
"License" and you get the EULA dialog you saw when you launched the App after
installing it. This time, though, you're not asked to accept/decline -- merely
to acknowledge (i.e. to press the OK button).
