Swype to switch stats screens #249

Please describe what your requested feature would do, how it would work,
etc:
We have talked about having multiple stats screens. I think a really cool way
to do this would be to make the stats screen scroll vertically. IE you could
pull up a new screen, or push down the current.
This should be fairly easy to implement except for one issue. I don't know
what to do with the current scroll panel that encloses the stats screen. I
think that will try to capture any vertical dragging. We could just get rid of
it and acknowledge that stats won't work well in landscape or small screens.

Anyone have clever ideas on how to solve this?

If you're a developer, are you willing to implement this yourself? (you
probably still want to let us know so we can discuss how it'll work and
whether we believe it's a good feature to be merged into the main mytracks
distribution)
Yes.

There's a certain unreleased Google app (you know which one) which has the
exact scrolling type I'd like to have in My Tracks - perhaps copy code from
them?

Could you use tappable tabs to move from screen to screen?

And in landscape, have >2 columns of fields?

And maybe use these with a configurable number (and set) of fields per screen
(similar to a Garmin Edge, for example)?

Btw, how does this interact with configurable stats screen? Will we still need
multiple screens then?

My goal was to allow a motion like downward swype to move between stats screens.
