That's cause the compiled program is a .exe file. Exe files only run on
Windows based computers. I'm pretty sure the project is based in part on code
other people have contributed to sourceforge and other open license sites. A
lot of the code would need to be written from scratch to work in a mac
environment and with WCIII fading away to Starcraft 2, you probably won't see
this development.
I believe there is a linux version though since thier community is almost
completly open source community based.

You can either compile GHost++ yourself or head over to
http://code.google.com/p/ghost4mac/ to get Genie, a version of GHost
specifically made for the mac.
