4 switches on loan X batteries to run pis 25 surge protectors 100 ethernet cables 25 Raspberry Pi machines (as a backup, will need to rely on people bringing their own) Hardware distribution and artifact server

Would be good to collect a few of these ahead of time potentially. Will add this to the hardware wish list.
