For Swarm, we could try to set this up so it doesn't run entirely concurrently with Shawn's workshop
For Kubernetes, we should have a bunch of people who would count as experts. Tobias might be worth approaching, for example

We keep mentioning that name here and in Trello, but I'm not sure who that is. I'm going to guess it's @ehenneken.

@demobox -- regarding swarm, I'd see it more as a pre-requisite to doing the load testing, chaos-ing, and pulling of cords. I think we'll start where they end up.
