Can we get donated instances from cloud providers?

  1. Ec2
  2. Azure
  3. Packet
  4. Digital Ocean
  5. Etc?

Digital Ocean always seems happy to hand out $15 credit to meetup attendees - would that be enough? We can also ping the people there that we spoke to; they might be able to help arrange this.

Otherwise, Packet might be interested in making this possible, or our Azure speaker?
