What is the use case?
A user can send a text message to clock in or out

What is the value?
If a user is in a remote location before arriving at the local network,
he/she can clock in or out and not require admin help later

What is the manual test?
1. User sends a text message with "clock in" text
2. User sends a text message with "clock out" text
