Error running jupyter nootbook #15

When I try to run the code appear this error: Any idea?

dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/Cellar/python@3.9/3.9.9/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.9/Python Referenced from: /usr/local/opt/python@3.9/bin/python3.9 Reason: image not found

I think u may not change the image's path
