The last part of the exercise in French should be:

En tant qu'exercice optionel, les études de cas pour Ace1 et Gste2 peuvent être répétées pour An. gambiae au lieu d' An. coluzzii. Indice: se souvenir que la distribution des An. gambiae couvre une région plus vaste que celle des coluzzii.

The italics are also weird in English. I would have something like:

As an optional exercise, the Ace1 and Gste2 case studies could be repeated but looking at An. gambiae instead of An. coluzzii. HINT: remember the range of An. gambiae is larger than coluzzii.
