W7M4 - Package conflict between malariagen_data and dash #242

Importing both malariagen_data 9.0.0 and dash 2.9.3 (which is the pinned version for this notebook) yields a conflict. I'll dig into it later.

Unpinning dash works ... until the notebook asks dash to do anything and the server doesn't seem to launch. It might be the same as the error 403 that is mentioned in the text but it doesn't say error 403.

Actually a known problem but not on our side.
