reverted to use hashHistory
switched out bootstrap webpack to bootstrap-loader (current up-to-date project)
bootstrap-loader can be configured with .bootstraprc in the project root
added lifecycle detection configuration to redux-logger (removes console.log from production)
fixed path from /dist/ to dist/ (might need to do something when using browserHistory)
updated README.md

can you check the picture sizes again, I butchered the git history a bit with deep magic merges :)

i can optimize images after merge again. Can you merge this request after check?
