[Bug] Crash in NSCalendarDate scrolling feed #13

Reproduction Steps

Scrolling a feed will eventually crash the application. Crash reports ^1 attached.

Expected Behaviour

No crash.

Thank you for the bug report and for including the crash reports. It turns out that it is to do with duplicate statuses. I have experienced this crash a few times, typically on toots trend timeline. I will try to fix this.
