moskito-inspect: should be able to edit the remote-server list. #283

Currently the remote server list (list of moskito-core instances that you can connect to remotely) is configured in moskito-inspect config file and new instances are added immediately:

There are no possibilities to remove something from this list or edit it in a meaningful way. There should be a standalone page under "Everything Else". IT should be possible to

list all active connections
remove a connection
