Make the config method work like Tk config #67

Good for setting multiple options at once, and simply for consistency with other Tcl/T code.

Tk's configure parsing code is available in Tk_ConfigureWidget (which, unfortunately, would require loading Tk to utilize - inappropriate overkill for my needs).
