iOS 7 form error #16

Clicking the input submit button in Mobile Safari (iOS 7) displays an nginx 405 error. Presumably the browser is attempting to POST submit the form instead of letting the javascript handle it.

1dc1d9ef4d8924c20c524247e0fe04cfce18ef3c tentatively addresses this (not yet tested)

Can't reproduce the issue observed on iOS 7 iPad on iOS 6 iPhone. Shrug.
